By accessing or using the rehabb.ai platform (web or mobile), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
rehabb.ai is a Canadian platform that provides intelligent tools to rehabilitation professionals to assist with clinical documentation, treatment planning, and patient tracking. Patients can also access a mobile application to view their prescribed plans and monitor their progress.
3. User Accounts
- Registration is required to use the platform.
- Professionals must subscribe to a paid plan (monthly or annual) via Stripe.
- Patients can access the platform for free when invited by a professional.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
4. Trial Period and Payments
- A free trial period of up to 14 days may be offered to new professional users. rehabb.ai reserves the right to modify this period without notice.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
5. Use Restrictions
You agree to use rehabb.ai only for legal and professional purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Using the platform for non-professional or recreational health assessments.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any part of the platform or its outputs.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or manipulate the service.
6. Intellectual Property
- All software, algorithms, content, and services are the exclusive property of rehabb.ai.
- All content generated by the platform (clinical notes, treatment plans, diagnostic suggestions, exercises, etc.) also belongs to rehabb.ai.
7. Clinical and Medical Disclaimer
rehabb.ai provides AI-generated suggestions to support rehabilitation professionals. However:
- These results do not replace professional medical judgment.
- rehabb.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of any AI-generated content.
- Users remain fully responsible for clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments applied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rehabb.ai will not be liable for any damages resulting from:
- Reliance on AI-generated content.
- Service errors or interruptions.
- Data loss, system failure, or unauthorized access.
9. Modifications to Terms
rehabb.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
